This album is pressed on honey beige, dove grey, and light grey vinyl, and comes with a bonus 4-track CD single of Kameradschaft. The music is goes in a new direction for Death In June, with the help of Albin Julius from The Moon Lay Hidden Beneath A Cloud. The tracks have an orchestral feel to them, but the feeling still harks back to the time of Brown Book. The single includes an unreleased track called "Satan's Feast", and an outtake John Balance vocal version of "To Drown a Rose" from 1987.
