are Pleased as Punch to announce that, thanks to the exhaustive
work of Mark Logan, a DURTRO online radio station playing
musics by CURRENT NINETY THREE in its various forms is now
online. Also featured are many other acts on Durtro, such
as Pantaleimon, Shirley Collins, Antony and the Johnsons,
Baby Dee, Tiny Tim, et al. Also to be added are songs by
the favourite artists of David Tibet, Steven Stapleton and
other friends from Catland.
Users
with a broadband Internet connection should use this

BRIGHT
YELLOW MOON
The
standard issue of this album is available from the end of
June. This is a single CD in full colour digipak; the extra
PURTLE material from the 2CD set is not present. The cover
differs inasmuch as it lacks the varnished text overprint
present on the now deleted 2CD BRIGHT YELLOW MOON/PURTLE
set. £10 plus postage and packing. A vinyl edition
of the album is being prepared at the moment.

Some
people have e-mailed us to say that the fold-out booklet
written by David Tibet describing the circumstances that
led to the writing of Bright Yellow Moon was missing from
their copy. If you received this CD and this was the case,
please e-mail us and
we will send you a replacement.
Please
do not ask for a copy unless you did not receive
one in your CD, as our supplies of the spare booklet are
very limited, and so should be sent only to people who genuinely
did not receive one.
ENGLAND'S
HIDDEN REVERSE—A SECRET HISTORY OF THE ESOTERIC UNDERGROUND
The
writer and journalist David Keenan is currently at work
on the first fully authorised biography of Current 93, Coil
and Nurse With Wound, entitled 'England's Hidden Reverse—A
Secret History Of The Esoteric Underground', to be published
in 2002. He would like to hear from anyone who has had any
contact or dealings with the groups over the years, or anyone
with memories of performances, interesting stories, cuttings,
flyers, whatever. Feel free to contact him via email.
BABY
DEE: LITTLE WINDOW
I was introduced
to Baby Dee's work by my friend Antony of Antony and the Johnsons.
He told me that I had to hear some work by his old and close friend
Baby Dee: Antony spoke of Dee as the muse who had helped realise
much of the music performed by the Johnsons. Antony sent me a
couple of songs by Dee: Little Window and The Robin's Tiny Throat.
I listened and was struck dumb. So I listened to it again. And
again. And again and again and again. I am still listening to
it as I type this, and still find it hard to put into words quite
how unique and touching her work is. It was certainly amongst
the most beautiful and moving work of any type I had *ever* heard.
So I asked Antony to send me more and more examples of Dee's work.
And it was clear to me that I had to release an album by her.
My own love has always been for those musics and those words which
strike one as being utterly true and absolutely personal, and
Baby Dee is both of these. The hairs rise on my back and I am
very honoured and very happy to be able to announce the forthcoming
release in May on Durtro of one of the most exquisite albums ever
made: LITTLE WINDOW by Baby Dee.

During
my illness I had a dream where I was told that I must put together
all my recordings onto one album. Then I was shown in my dream
to my ears all the recordings I had made as Current93 and with
Steven Stapleton running together together, piling on top on
top. I was told that I must so summarize my life as in what
I had done before before I died dead. And this is what I heard:
so the Great was in the Small: THE GREAT IN THE SMALL. And I
could as in my dream I was told hear everything all I had done
at one once and saw myself drowning and heard my life flash
in front of me. Everything!

COUNT STENBOCK: LA MAZURKA DES REVENANTS
The first-ever
printing of Count Stenbock's highly decadent supernatural play.
Slipping between the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, this
is an important addition to the Stenbock canon. Submitted by
Count Stenbock to The Yellow Book, the noted decadent London
magazine which was notable for its contributions by Oscar Wilde
and Aubrey Beardsley; the story was rejected by the magazine's
editor shortly before Stenbock's death from alcohol and opium
addiction in 1896. This edition is limited to 130 copies, of
which 100 are for sale. Blocked crest to front cover; the full
colour frontispiece reproduces the front-page of the original
typescript to the play, with Stenbock's bold signature across
it. Hand-printed by Alan Anderson at the Tragara Press for Durtro.
Edited, and with a brief Afterword by David Tibet, all copies
numbered and signed by Tibet. In a similar format to the earlier
hand printed Durtro editions. £35 including postage and

LIGOTTI: THIS DEGENERATE LITTLE TOWN
The second
instalment of the I HAVE A SPECIAL PLAN FOR THIS WORLD series.
A series of nihilist visionary prose poems by the greatest contemporary
master of the disturbing tale. This text forms the basis for
the forthcoming paramusical statement of the same title by Current
Ninety Three which is to be released in late 2001 in CD and
vinyl formats. 160 numbered copies, of which 130 are for sale.
All copies are signed by Thomas Ligotti, and come with a CD,
also limited to 160 copies, of Thomas Ligotti reading the text
of THIS DEGENERATE LITTLE TOWN. Full colour frontispiece by
David Tibet; signed by the artist. In a similar format to the

We can at last announce a publication date for this title: November
1, 2001, and are now accepting orders for this item.
This deluxe edition contains the complete published poems of
the most decadent and fascinating of all the fin de siècle
poets The volumes collected here for the first time are: LOVE,
SLEEP & DREAMS; MYRTLE, RUE AND CYPRESS; and THE SHADOW
OF DEATH.
The texts are edited by David Tibet, who has also contributed
an Introduction discussing the rarity of the original editions
of the books, and an appendix with comprehensive notes to the
poems; translations of those non-English texts used in the poems
are also to be found in the Appendix. A bibliography of primary
and secondary sources is also printed.
David Tibet has been working on this book for three years,
and is delighted that its publication is imminent. This continues
his project of making available all of Stenbock's published
and unpublished writings. 208 pages; hardback cloth-bound book,
with pictorial colour blocked cover; all page edges gilt; head-
and tail-bands; ribbon marker; sepia frontispiece showing a
