DIE STADT & WALTER ULBRICHT SCHALLFOLIEN

are delighted to announce the commencement of the limited edition serial release of a major project by world-renouned sound designers

THE HAFLER TRIO.

Entitled "Who Sees Goes On", it consists of 7 10" records, 7 accompanying booklets, and for subscribers, an exclusive full-length CD, unique litho print and matching box, personalised for the subscriber. Each part is being released separately, and is strictly limited to an edition of 333 numbered copies. In addition, the first 111 copies of each part are signed and hand-numbered with embossed labels — these are only available through mail-order.

The series is based on the cyclical examination and treatment of such diverse elements as the emanations of the moon, silver, the generation of sexual energy, gold, and the alchemical as well as psychological and physiological implications of all these things and more. It is conceived as the first major statement from The Hafler Trio at the beginning of a totally new phase of their development, and care has been taken to harmonize and integrate all the aspects of the packaging and production. It is also meant to be collected as a set over time, giving the individual parts time to resonate and sink in, building up into a complete work that steps beyond the bounds of music, art, or indeed 'entertainment'.

DEADLINE:
The deadline for subscriptions to the entire series is the 11th of August 1996. each subsequent part of the set will be released at intevals of three months.
