Da die platte auf United Dairies erscheint ist anzunehmen, dass Herr Stapleton die 4-köpfige kombo entdeckt hat und ganz im sinne Stapletons wird hier auch experimentiert und werden stilistische barrieren niedergerissen, dass es eine freude ist: Von infantilen und melodisch verspielten elektronikspielerein über kratzige streicher-industriesymphonien und arabisch-dudelnde kurzwellennoises bis hin zu athmosphärischen fast schon Arvo Pärth'schen parts. Und obwohl die platte beileibe nicht eindeutig dem industrial-genre zuzuordnen ist, tauchen doch außergewöhnlich viele referenzen (Thomas Leer, Robert Rental) und sounds (Throbbing Gristle, Currents Visit To Dogland...) auf. Ein rätsel, das noch zu klären wäre, ist titel 5 Ruth Da Moose, der einfach mal 100% nach Coil klingt: wenn John Balance auf seinen letzten releases die stimme zum hohen countertenor-gesang anhebt, untermalt von flirrenden elektroniksounds, dann klingt das exakt wie hier. Wer da nun vom wem sich hat "inspirieren" lassen, wer weiß... beim nächsten stück Worse With Noun dann mundharmonika-drones als hommage an Stapletons NWW, flüstereien, jazztrompeter und Whitehouse-geblubber bei track 7 sowie weitere unbeschreiblich instrument- & geräuschkombis bis der vollelektronische anfangstrack Planetary Bethlehem das abenteuer wieder beendet..."
