I finally was able to descend the four flights of stairs here today after weeks of being housebound with a fucked knee. Each step came with a little pain but i was able to bend the joint enough and put weight on the leg so it's all good in the end. Empty booze bottles were returned to the local stores over here and some minor shopping undertaken with hobble. It's a start though.
