Recovering all day from the excess of the Thursday bar, on days like today this project is made all the harder to execute. Time for some soothing sounds of yesteryear in the form of the Linn Drum Machine, this is the machine i used most of all when recreating that old New-Beat sound. Much better than the 909 and 808 in my opinion but never seemed to get the status of the others due to the guys in Chicago and Detroit being able to get their hands on 909's and 808's real cheap. A great machine. |
