Am still trying to get back on track, it's a real slow process. America took a lot of me in various ways and energy levels right now are low. Hitting the bottle hard is not always the best thing you can do to your body, neither is eating bad food just before you leave. It's been one long process this year and next year i look for a better routine for sure. Starting from the 1st of January there has to be more structure around what i am doing. The plan is to rest up more than anything initially to build energy levels back to their peak. |
