This is the long awaited follow up album to the 1998 album by The Stranger on Phthalo Records. This little known side project by V/Vm is the missing link between the noise of stigma and the cerebral workings of The Caretaker. It's a harsh environment on 'bleaklow' with the odd ray of sunshine breaking through the slate rain sodden grey atmosphere.
