Uptight is the firstfull-lengther to surface from the one man electronic show from theunlikely electronica-free zone of Dearborn, Michigan (home tobrainwashed babes Windy & Carl as well as His Name Is Alive). It'snot a charming debut full of gentle love songs and ballads, tritelyrics nor sterile production - it's very much an aggressive electronicdrum and bass by numbers album. The sounds are crisp and clear, verypronounced but perhaps could use just a little more distortion anddesktop fuckery.
